The hirer cancelled my shift at the last minute. What should I do?

Klaus from Outside

Last Update 4 months ago

After jobs are posted, shifts are independently managed by the hirer and may be cancelled by their discretion. Outside will monitor how frequently this occurs, and conduct investigations where necessary.

In the event that the hirer cancels the shift within 24 hours of the shift start time, you will be paid in full for the amount that you were supposed to earn for that shift.

No further actions are required if your shift has already started.
