How do I set up or change my payment information in the app? When do I get paid? How do payments work on Outside? Can I choose to collect cash as payment for my jobs? What if I am offered other forms of payment? How do I set up payment information in the app? How do I change my bank account information? How is overtime pay calculated on the Outside app?

Is there CPF contribution for the shifts I’ve completed on Outside?

By working through Outside, you will be considered as a freelancer, which means that there will not be any contribution to your CPF account.


You will be engaged under a contract for service, rather than a contract of service.
