How is overtime pay calculated on the Outside app?

Outside calculates your overtime by defining:
Overtime duration = Total time from clock in to clock out - original shift duration - break duration
The overtime duration is then multiplied by the overtime rate as set by your hirer.
Ensure that your immediate supervisor is aware if you are going to, or have done overtime. The hirer will review your clock in and out timings according to your agreed arrangement, and make adjustments if needed.
Along with payouts for shifts completed in the previous week (if any), a job receipt containing overtime records will be sent to the email address of your Outside account every Wednesday.
