The pay I received from my completed shift(s) is inaccurate. What should I do?

Payments are made by Outside according to the following schedule.


Along with payouts for shifts completed in the previous week (if any), a job receipt will be sent to the email address of your Outside account every Wednesday.


If you have any issues with your pay reflected in your job receipts, you may contact us for help directly at [email protected].

Within the email, do include the


- shift ID, and

- details of the error if possible.


This information will be available within your job receipt.
