Your community rating is shown to hirers when you send in offers for shifts. It consists of two main components - your behavioural score, and job completion rating.

Your job completion rating will be awarded as you attend shifts. Meanwhile, your behavioural score is affected by the quality of your work during the shifts. Factors that affect your behavioural score include, but are not limited to your:

- behaviour while on the job

- number of job cancellations

- no show incidents

- late incidents

Your community score is continuously updated and calculated by Outside’s unique algorithm. Do note that a low community rating may also result in an account ban or suspension.
