Cancellations consist of various severities that will affect your behavioural score and/or job completion rate. These are parts of your community rating.
| Situation | Result |
|---|---|
| Cancel with valid reason. | No reduction of any score. |
| Cancel more than 24 hours before the shift starts. | There will be 3 chances for Agents to cancel more than 24 hours before the shift starts each month. Any subsequent cases of such cancellations will result in a reduction of the behavioural score. |
| Cancel within 24 hours before the shift starts. | Such cancellations will lead to a reduction of your behavioural score. After the 3rd time, the reduction will be much more severe. Do note that there is no way of resetting this. |
