How do I apply for a shift on Outside? What are Favourites? Can I work with my friends? Can I take up multiple jobs at the same time? Is there a maximum number of shifts I can book? How do I know if the offer I sent for a job has been accepted? How do I see all my ongoing and confirmed jobs?

If my shift is in a few hours but my offer has not been confirmed, what do I do?

Do not show up for a shift unless it has appeared under the “Confirmed” section of your schedule.


Do check the status of your offer regularly if you have not received any notifications.
