‘Favourites’ are agents that hirers deem trustworthy and reliable. If you’ve been favourited by the hirer for a job, you will be able to instantly book future shifts for that job without having to wait for the hirer to accept your offer.
Do note that being favourited for a job only applies for that job, and will not affect other jobs. Jobs you’ve been favourited for will appear on your ‘Browse’ tab for easy access.
