What information do I need to provide when signing up?

After you create an account, you need to verify your SingPass before you can start sending offers for shifts.

Follow the prompts provided for your SingPass verification.

Outside retrieves the following information from your SingPass:

- NRIC/FIN

- Name

- Gender

- Date of Birth

- Email

- Mobile Number

- Registered Address

- Nationality

- Driving License Validity

- Driving License Expiry Date

After the information has been collected from your SingPass, you may update your mobile number and email address from your profile settings page.
