My shift is confirmed but no one has contacted me, do I show up at my shift's location?

If your on-site shift has been confirmed, you must show up at the location at the specified time and seek further instructions from an available supervisor. You can also communicate with the hirer through a shift’s chat function even before a shift begins.
Similarly for remote/online jobs, you can send a message to the hirer through the shift’s chat function.
For further help, you may contact the Outside team at [email protected].
