What are the work attire and grooming standards?

Details on each job’s work attire and grooming standards can be found in their job description. Do also check in with the hirer for specific requirements if they are not specified or unclear by using a shift’s chat function.

For example, jobs for events such as ushers may require attires such as covered shoes and (semi-) formal clothes, or safety shoes for logistics jobs. Other jobs such as remote admin work may not have attire requirements.

Generally, Outside recommends plain dark-coloured shirts with long pants and covered shoes for jobs done on-site. Work should not be done in attires such as singlets, shorts, slippers, or any article of clothing that can reasonably be considered offensive.
