What if I encounter an issue while I am on shift? How do I report an issue?

The Outside team recommends that you notify your immediate supervisor as soon as possible. Additionally, to report an issue:
1. Select your ongoing shift under the “Confirmed” section of your “Schedule” tab.
2. In the individual shift page, select “Report and Issue” and submit a reason.
Reporting an issue can also be done after a shift is completed through your job history, if you were preoccupied prior.
Do note that reporting an issue will not cancel the current shift. View our guide here on how to do so.
